To place an order, send an email inquiry by clicking either Contact SD or SEND EMAIL Then
paste and copy the desired item(s), quantity and your name and shipping address. I always
combine shipping. I will send a confirmation email or a paypal invoice, with total cost including
shipping.
PAYMENT SEND EMAIL
I accept paypal, US Dollar Postal Money Orders and sometimes even personal checks. No 3rd
party “over-paid certified cashier cheques” from any of your “clients” in Nigeria, Malaysia, Burma
or Baghdad.

SHIPPING
US Packages generally ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Minimum shipping charge is
$4.50. Orders ship the next business day. Insurance is optional. Complete Bicycles will be
shipped via FEDEX Ground or UPS. International orders are shipped via regular Air Mail, Global
Priority Mail or EMS Express Mail Services. For heavy packages, Sea/Surface Mail is
recommended.
GUARANTEE
If not satisfied with the item, please contact me within 10 days to return it in "same condition as
received," for a full refund, (not including shipping charges), New items must be returned still
new and unused. Used items must be returned in same condition as received
